NHS
BAND 1
Course of treatment: £26.80. This covers an examination, diagnosis and advice. If necessary, it also includes X-rays, a scale and polish, and planning for further treatment.
BAND 2
Course of treatment: £73.50. This covers all treatment included in Band 1, plus additional treatment, such as fillings, root canal treatment and removing teeth (extractions).
BAND 3
Course of treatment: £319.10. This covers all treatment included in Bands 1 and 2, plus more complex procedures, such as crowns, dentures and bridges.

0% Finance Available
The practice is registered to provide finance to patients for dental treatment. This allows patients to spread the cost of private treatment into manageable monthly repayments. After an agreed treatment plan is formulated, patients can apply for credit approval by filling in a simple form. Once approved; treatment plans costing between £600 and £1000 can be provided interest free i.e. at 0% APR.
Treatment plans costing over a £1000 are interest bearing and are charged at 14.9% APR. The term of the repayment can be flexible and is usually set at one, two or three years.
T&Cs: All finance is arranged subject to status. Finance is not available on NHS treatments. Tooth Fairy Ltd (FRN: 697377) trading as Sherwood Dental Practice is an Appointed Representative of Chrysalis Finance Limited, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority to carry out the regulated activity of credit broking.
